Modern Retail Solutions Policies and Procedures:

All unused, damaged products and non damaged products may be returned within 30 days of shipment. The customer must obtain an authorization number from Modern Retail Solution’s customer service department prior to any return of goods. This authorization number must be noted on all paperwork and packaging. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and no credit will be issued. Please note, there is a 25% restocking fee on all goods returned and any freight charges are the customers responsibility. Finally, Modern Retail Solutions does not accept any returns where the products have been damaged or altered by the customer.

We have injection molding, profile extrusion, fabrication, assembly, and warehousing capabilities all under one roof. Our products are 100% made in the USA and we are a Veteran owned company.
